High-Performance has a Human Cost

We have designed a program tailored for veterans & frontline workers

The cost of working on the frontline

For individuals in high-stakes, time-critical professions, the clock is always ticking and failure is never an option. The pressure is relentless.

Whether you know it or not, it follows you home.

You’re not alone. Many working on the front lines suffer from fatigue, burnout, PTSD, anxiety and depression. These conditions can prevent frontline workers from being able to sleep, concentrate, or maintain a job and close relationships, it keeps them from living their lives fully.

We are here to help.

Do you work in a frontline profession and sometimes experience these thoughts?

We hear you

With nearly three decades of service under extreme pressure as Navy SEALS, our leadership team understands the long-term physical and mental consequences of facing danger day in and day out.

We know from first-hand experience that conventional ways of treating PTSD are often not enough for many people. The occurrence of a relapse into depression after traditional antidepressant use highlights that for many, this may not be the solution.

Connect With Us

You have been through a lot.
We want to help.

If you’re open to trying something different, we’d like to introduce you to a new approach to help you work through your PTSD. We have personally realized the benefits of this approach and want to bring it to others struggling with PTSD here in New York.

We helped create a team of psychiatrists, psychotherapists, and other medical professionals who take a personalized, behavior-focused approach to address anxiety, treatment-resistant depression, and PTSD that are common for people in dangerous and risky professions.

The treatment is based on your personal values to help you reconnect with yourself, your family and friends, your work, and your purpose.
