Field Trip Health provides safe and legal ketamine-assisted therapy in Houston and offers relief to those struggling with treatment-resistant mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety and PTSD, through evidence-based and medically-supervised psychedelic-assisted therapies. Field Trip’s ketamine-assisted therapy protocol combines ketamine therapy with follow up talk therapy sessions under the supervision of a dedicated team of medical and mental health professionals.

Knowing ketamine-assisted treatments can be intimidating, our Houston Center was intentionally designed to be comfortable and facilitate healing. With our calming, spa-like spaces, and our expert team of medical and mental health professionals, the Field Trip experience provides you with the most support throughout your healing journey.

About field trip health houston

Clients work with our Houston team to create a personalized treatment plan designed to help them reach their desired outcomes. Intention setting is an important part of this process, helping clients enter an engaged mindset prior to treatment. In our Ketamine Exploration sessions, the medicine helps clients break negative thought patterns and access healing that was previously inaccessible. After Exploration, our psychedelically-trained therapists work with you to integrate the insights from your treatment experience into daily life, resulting in improved mental health and sustained wellbeing.

Our location is a serene, sleek, and supportive environment for anyone to dive into deep healing and self-discovery. Our space is filled with a beautiful blend of natural light that permeates cozy treatment rooms. The integration space provides the perfect place to relax on our cloud-like sofa, soak up the warmth of the Texas sun along with our plethora of thriving plants. Our Houston location is positioned inside the loop at the corner of Westheimer Road and West Lane, just 2 minutes away from I-610, 6 minutes from the Galleria, and an easy 7 minutes from Memorial Park.

Our Houston Health Center provides individual ketamine-assisted therapy – along with ketamine therapy in Houston for spouses and partners of clients, group ketamine-assisted therapy and group integration circles. Field Trip Houston also offers monthly community circles, dedicated to connecting people who have already embarked on a healing journey to share their experiences.

Our expert team of medical and mental health professionals is LGBTQIA+ affirming, and specializes in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Transpersonal Psychotherapy, Harm Reduction Psychothery, EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Existential & end of life issues, and womens issues. Our team members also hold certifications in psychedelic assisted psychotherapy, issued by world-renowned organizations MAPS and IPI.

Dr. Tracie DeJarnette-Holly

Dr. Tracie DeJarnette-Holly

Psychiatrist

Dr. DeJarnette received her bachelors of science degree from Michigan State University in E. Lansing, MI. She obtained her medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville, TN. Dr. DeJarnette completed her general psychiatry residency at Alton Ochsner Medical Foundation in New Orleans. She also completed her child psychiatry and forensic psychiatry fellowships in New Orleans at Tulane University Medical Center. She is board certified in general, child and forensic psychiatry. Dr. DeJarnette has worked in a number of settings which include inpatient units, outpatient clinics, forensic clinics, HIV clinics, juvenile justice centers, jails, emergency rooms, schools, ICU's, mobile crisis and mental health emergency centers. Additionally, she has held administrative positions including Medical Director of the Mobile Crisis Outreach Team of Harris County and Deputy Medical Director of JSA Telepsychiatry. She also has extensive telepsychiatry experience. She started seeing patients through video in 2008. Dr. DeJarnette treats all psychiatric illnesses for all ages to include but not limited to depression, anxiety, Bipolar Disorder ADHD, PTSD and autism. Her forensic training qualifies her to be a psychiatric expert witness. Dr. DeJarnette is a warm and caring doctor. She believes in treating each patient with a holistic approach. She has been practicing psychiatry for over 20 years.

He has more than a decade of experience in different settings of patient care. He believes in integrated mental health care, and he is compassionate to seek out the best treatment available to optimize your potential. Bobbie Russell

Psychotherapist

Bobbie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who graduated with a master’s degree in social work from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is currently in the process of completing post graduate training in MDMA assisted psychotherapy in the MAPS therapist training program. Bobbie is passionate about the healing potential of psychedelic assisted psychotherapy and, helping individuals improve their quality of life. Prior to joining Field Trip, she worked extensively with adults and children seeking treatment for anxiety, depression, addiction, terminal diagnoses, and PTSD. She has also specialized in working with LGBTQIA+ youth. Bobbie has completed training in trauma informed care modalities, including EMDR, and somatic experiencing. She has an eclectic approach to her work drawing from transpersonal psychology, existential psychotherapy, harm reduction and mindfulness based practices. In her spare time she enjoys cooking, gardening, and advocating for the cognitive liberty of children.

Lourdes is a bilingual Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Texas and a National Certified Counselor who graduated with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of St. Thomas, Houston. She has experience providing mental health services to adults, children, and adolescents living with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, PSTD, and complex trauma, in individual and group settings. She has received training on cognitive processing therapy, trauma focused CBT, dialectical behavior therapy, and mindfulness based practices. Lourdes believes people are bio-psycho-social-spiritual beings with intersectional identities and maintains a person-centered holistic approach utilizing evidence-based practices. She has worked in the non-profit sector providing counseling and emotional support to survivors of adult and childhood sexual and domestic violence from different communities in the Houston Area. Lourdes is a passionate advocate for the rights of BIPOC and the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as for making mental health services available to underserved communities.
