Clinic Information

Clients work with our DC team to create a personalized treatment plan designed to help them reach their desired outcomes. Intention setting is an important part of this process, helping clients enter an engaged mindset prior to treatment. In our Ketamine Exploration sessions, the medicine helps clients break negative thought patterns and access healing that was previously inaccessible. After Exploration, our psychedelically-trained therapists work with you to integrate the insights from your treatment experience into daily life, resulting in improved mental health and sustained wellbeing.

Our spacious location uniquely designed to place an emphasis on natural roots and plant life, and has been carefully curated to promote healing. The Washington, DC FTH clinic is located steps from the White House, Washington Monument, and numerous world reknown museums and galleries. The clinic is located inside the historical Securities building which was built in 1929. The space entices each client with its long corridor and arches that make one feel like they’ve stepped out of the hustling metropolitan area and into a safe container and place of refuge.

Our DC treatment team prides itself on being LGBTQ-affirming and providing trauma-informed care, specializing in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, brainspotting, mindfulness, DBT, trauma-focused CBT, sexual trauma, relational and intergenerational trauma.
