Welcome to our second installment of Field Trip Live. This episode features the opening segment to our panel discussion, where we hosted a breathwork exercise facilitated by Chris Keener, followed by a mesmerizing crystal sound bath by Jeralyn Glass of Crystal Cadence. This episode is very different from other episodes of Field Tripping. It’s immersive, dynamic, and has no discussion, but rather it features guiding narrative from the facilitators and closes with brief commentary from the audience. So before you listen, take a few minutes to enhance your set and setting. Then get ready to tap in. This episode is best received in a comfortable position, with your eyes closed and no distractions around you. This session is meant to evoke wellness and harmony in the body and mind. And if it's your first experience with breathwork and a crystal sound bath  – then you're in for a real treat. Many thanks to our gifted facilitators for their time and energy. Hope you enjoy this breathwork and sound bath, and consider incorporating it as a new tool in your mental health and wellness toolbox.
