Music

IN

2-hour immersive guidance for exploring your inner space. East Forest never thought he would livestream a ceremony. Yet due to the pandemic's restrictions on gatherings, and to offer support to the frontline healthcare workers in his community, he responded by taking his psychedelic oriented ceremony-concerts online. He gifted a total of five virtual ceremony-concerts and opened them for anyone around the world to attend. From his studio in Boise, ID, he improvised songs in his signature sound; a sound that artfully acts as a digital musical facilitator to guide a psychedelic journey. Out of the five events, he curated a new, two-hour album titled "IN: A Soundtrack For The Psychedelic Practitioner, vol. II." This new work follows the seminal album "Music For Mushrooms: A Soundtrack For The Psychedelic Practitioner." Music is a central element for guiding a psychedelic journey. East Forest has dedicated the last thirteen years to developing his own musical protocol to safely and powerfully accompany a therapeutic psychedelic experience explicitly for Western minds and ears. The "IN" album is designed for inner work, that can be led by a therapist, sitter, guide, or for an open mind and heart that is willing to listen.

Meditations

The Power of Intention

In this guided meditation you will clear away the noise of your daily life to allow your inner intuitive being to speak. In doing so, you will choose why you are journeying into your inner space and uncover your Intention--an important piece of the "Set" in Set & Setting. You will use this intention as a kernel of meaning and a guiding north star to bring more meaning and direction to the psychedelic journey.
